CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING:
We please ask that all appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours or as early as possible before your scheduled appointment. If you aren’t able to make it to your appointment, please call/text us at 617.917.4271.
LATE SHOWS:
Please be mindful that there may be other client’s scheduled after your appointment & it is important that we start on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, there could be a possibility that we will need to reschedule.
